Review your\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ridedupage.org\/index.php\/sponsors\/\">Sponsor\u2019s guidelines<\/a><span data-fusion-font=\"true\" data-fusion-google-font=\"Albert Sans\" data-fusion-google-variant=\"300\">\u00a0for instructions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-fusion-font=\"true\" data-fusion-google-font=\"Albert Sans\" data-fusion-google-variant=\"300\">Identify yourself as a Ride DuPage rider and provide the following information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-fusion-font=\"true\" data-fusion-google-font=\"Albert Sans\" data-fusion-google-variant=\"300\">Complete and exact address and phone number of your origin and destination.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-fusion-font=\"true\" data-fusion-google-font=\"Albert Sans\" data-fusion-google-variant=\"300\">Appointment times (i.e. doctor, dentist, hair, etc.) or employment hours \u2013 allow a minimum 30-minute buffer between arrival time and appointment time.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-fusion-font=\"true\" data-fusion-google-font=\"Albert Sans\" data-fusion-google-variant=\"300\">Physical description of pick-up area including entrance, driveways, signs, entrance names or numbers, building names, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-fusion-font=\"true\" data-fusion-google-font=\"Albert Sans\" data-fusion-google-variant=\"300\">Major intersections or cross-streets closest to pick-up location if known.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-fusion-font=\"true\" data-fusion-google-font=\"Albert Sans\" data-fusion-google-variant=\"300\">Name of travel companion\/assistant and their travel needs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-fusion-font=\"true\" data-fusion-google-font=\"Albert Sans\" data-fusion-google-variant=\"300\">Trip purpose is requested but not required. Same day reservations are not guaranteed, and we encourage at least two-day advance notice. When requesting destination time of arrival (i.e., appointments), allow call taker to recommend a pick-up time. Allow 30 minutes prior to appointment times. For example, if your work day starts at 8:30 a.m., tell the call taker your appointment time is 8:15 a.m. For return trips, allow at least 30 minutes after the completion of your appointment. Drivers do not assist riders in and out of buildings but will make every effort to assist a rider into and out of the vehicle safely. When a rider\u2019s needs are beyond the responsibility of the driver, a travel assistant is required. The travel assistant must be identified with the service provider and can only ride with a registered rider. These trips receive a discount. We strongly encourage scheduling group trips whenever possible. Be sure to have the exact fare in cash. The fare policy is determined by the sponsor. When the driver is late, he is still required to wait 5 minutes for you to appear. If you do not appear within 5 minutes, the trip is considered a \u201cno show\u201d and you will be required to pay a $10.00 fine.<\/p>\n<p data-fusion-font=\"true\" data-fusion-google-font=\"Albert Sans\" data-fusion-google-variant=\"300\">Ride pick-up is from curb to curb.
