Other Eligibility Requirements: If receiving Medicaid/TANF cannot use program for medical trips
Trip restrictions
- Medical trips (for those not receiving Medicaid/TANF)
- DuPage County Health Department and DuPage County Community Services appointments only
- Trips restricted to DuPage County Addresses only
- Trips outside of the county must be pre-approved by the sponsor

Fare
$4.00 each way to 421 and 111 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton. All other destinations are $1.50 for the first 6 miles and $1.50 each mile after that.
